Very good and value for money. The owner kaustubh is nice and lives with family. They are supportive. Room size, washroom, cleanliness etc is good. The location is also good.

One of the best homestays not too far from Mahabaleshwar town. The owner was very helpful and offered us a great price. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, and our group stay was completely hassle-free. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a comfortable and affordable homestay. There’s no in-house restaurant since it’s a homestay, but a good one is located nearby.

One of the best home stay in panchgani, Location 9/10 since its located near lingmala waterfall(walkable distance), breakfast and tea,coffee ia available at theor place, we tried poha,tea and coffe everything was perfect, room aize are big and cleanliness is top-notch, many restaurents nearby for lunch and dinner. Owner kauatubh and his parents are sweet, always ready to help their guest's. Parking, 24hrs hot water, electric kettle were available.

The stay at this lovely place, which was facilitated via AirBnB, was quite enjoyable. The host, Mr. Kaustubh and his family, have been very accommodating with our requests. The rooms were also nice to stay in, overall, I enjoyed staying at Bluebell Residency to anyone who plans on staying around Lingmala waterfall point at Mahableshwar.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, homely stay instead of a commercial hotel, this is it. *Location & Ambience: 5/5* Located right on the Panchgani–Mahabaleshwar road, Bluebell is easy to find and perfectly placed for exploring both hill stations. You’re surrounded by farms and misty hills. The property is quiet, green, and has beautiful views of the valley, especially at sunrise. Rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained with basic modern amenities. No luxury frills, but you don’t miss them because of how warm the place feels. *Food – The Real Star: 5/5* *Auntyji, the owner of Bluebell Residency, is a phenomenal cook* and her food is the reason we’ll come back. Everything is home-cooked, fresh, and made with love — you can literally taste the difference. Our favorites: 1. *Handmade Poha* – Soft, flavorful, with the perfect tadka. We had it 2 mornings in a row and still craved more. 2. *Ginger Milk Tea* – Served piping hot every morning and evening. Strong, aromatic, and perfect for the chilly Panchgani weather. 3. *Egg Bhurji* – Spicy, buttery, and cooked just right. One of the best bhurjis we’ve had outside home. 4. *Aloo Ka Paratha* – Stuffed generously, served with fresh curd, pickle, butter. Pure comfort food. Auntyji also made dinner on request, and it tasted like maa ke haath ka khana. She’s happy to customize meals and even packed us aloo parathas for our drive back. If you’re staying here, definitely opt for the meal plan — you won’t regret it. *Hospitality & Service: 5/5* The hospitality at Bluebell is unmatched. It’s run by a family, and they treat every guest like their own. From helping us with luggage, giving local sightseeing tips, arranging everything, to checking if we needed extra blankets at night — they took care of everything. Auntyji
